Dynamic & Restorative Yoga Flow

Service Description

Location: Grange Park community centre (small hall) School Ln, Northampton, NN4 5FZ Dynamic and restorative yoga flow to end the week and get ready for the one ahead. We will flow together to build some energy up and then end the practice with a restorative flow (yin yoga style). What to bring: yoga mat, cushion & blanket (to be cosy)
