As a passionate and experienced yoga instructor, I bring the benefits of yoga directly to your office — helping your team feel healthier, happier, and more focused. My sessions are all about creating space for wellbeing, balance, and calm in the middle of a busy workday.
Whether your team needs an energising vinyasa flow, a powerful, dynamic session, or a gentle restorative or beginner-friendly class, I’ll tailor each session to suit every level and goal.

Capacity: I can facilitate groups of between 2 and 20 people for on-site workplace yoga sessions.

Location: Classes are held on-site across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. Virtual sessions are available too.

Style: I offer a diverse range of yoga styles and will design each session to suit your team’s needs — whether you’re looking to energise, unwind, or simply bring a little more calm to the workday.

Length of Class: Sessions are available in 60, 75, or 90-minute formats, depending on your schedule and goals.
