All classes vary on style and description is available under the ‘read more’ section. Expect dynamic classes, relaxing Yin style classes and community events focused on meditation.

Classes are suitable for all levels and are tailored to the students ability. Some knowledge of yoga poses is necessary to attend the Ashtanga Led classes.

Yoga mat, water, bolsters for Yin classes and blankets for extra cosyness in meditation events.
